I thought all the courses were magnificent and in great shape. The tees times seemed very organized. By this I mean we were expected, welcomed, tee times ran on time and fitted in to busy member play. Caddies were overall good. The one I remember most was Jackie - a 13 year old boy at Dooks. Accommodations were within walking distance of town centre. The quality of the tour bus exceeded expectations. It was very nice. Maurice made it even better and did a terrific job.

The summer was very busy and I didn't find time to thank you for the wonderful organisation with golf, car and hotels. Ireland is a beautiful country, people are very kind and helpful - at all golf courses we felt warm welcome. The golf courses were all exceptional - we enjoyed them all! They give us the target to improve our golf a lot! The hotels are very comfortable and well located, we had a really relaxed time! The most important item was the perfect timing of teetimes and driving distances - we didn't feel stressed at any time! Thank you for this!

Pilgrims Back Home
The consensus amongst the Pilgrims was that this was our best trip yet. From the moment we arrived at Cork, things went very smoothly. With all the travelling we had to do, the coach proved a real winner. Compared to previous Pilgrims trips, the disappointments were very minor and did nothing to spoil our visit to a truly beautiful part of the world. All the Pilgrims would like to thank you and everyone at SWING for organising a truly memorable trip. Brendan -
As you know , we had all kinds of weather - a 5 club wind at Waterville , 18 holes of rain at Tralee + a beautiful day at Ballybunion . There really wasn't a weak track on our Irish rota. We all probably would agree that Lahinch was the most difficult course , but still very fun to play . Everyone enjoyed Tralee despite the rain. Only four of us got to play the European Club , but we liked it a lot . One of the consistently dependable things you can count on when traveling through Ireland is that the Irish are unusually friendly . Where ever we went the hospitality was superb. Also , I think the schedule worked out really well . We never felt rushed . We always had time for cocktails + craic after our round . Frankly , I could not be more pleased with the way everything went . We all want to , and I am certain , will come back again . Thanks once again for all your expert assistance in pulling all of this together for us .

Paddy-
Your prayers were heard and we had glorious weather for most of the trip. Our day at Portmarnock was perfect. A little rain at "the Killing Fields" and then several more perfect days. The only disappointment was playing in heavy rain at Royal County Down-a magnificent course that we couldn't fully enjoy. Sorry we didn't get a chance to hook up this year. As always, Rosa did a marvelous job with all the details and the trip was a success again.

I just wanted to take the time to email you guys to say thank you so much for all your help with our parent's golf trip to the South West of Ireland. They were in heaven and couldn't thank us enough for their 60th Birthday present. Everything went smoothly. Their ranking favourites were Tralee, Waterville, Lahinch, and Ballybunion, but there was very little difference between their ravings of each course. From greens being nestled between dunes to half of a course being on the water were some of their course highlights, and my mother's favourite was the fact that the low tide showed waves breaking so far out from the beach or cliffs...all the views and courses were "truly spectacular". The hospitality of the Irish at all the clubs and hotels, my parents said was incredible. They felt they were treated like gold, everywhere they went. I can't thank you guys enough and my brothers and I will be sure to use Swing Golf Ireland in the not so distant future.

Hi Paddy and Rosa,
I can't believe I am back home already it went by so fast but Oh what a wonderful time we had. I just wanted to thank you both again for setting this all up, it really exceeded our expectations. It was great to start at Adare where we got our swings going. Had a wonderful time at the local pub watching Ireland getting beaten in the rugby match and then headed back to the castle and had a late night Irish Coffee (which we then had to have every night) in the library next the fire. The drive out from Killarney to Waterville was fantastic, it was a beautiful day and the golf was even better. We all agreed that Tralee was our favourite course, so beautiful and the wind was blowing like crazy but it was as though it was part of the golf course, we loved it. We kept bumping into all these American men that are over there playing and hey were totally amazed that we had left our husbands at home and were out playing golf on these courses. They all wanted to buy us drinks because they could not believe we were there. One group of men actually walked off Tralee when the wind was howling and the rain was pelting us and we got an ovation when we walked back into the clubhouse looking like drowned rats but we did finish. We had a wonderful time finding our way around Ireland, it was not bad at all once I had got used to the traffic circles again.
