I just wanted to reach out to say thank you for all the hard work that your team did to take care of us in Ireland. From the start of the trip the travel and golf was a seamless experience and everything we did was as good or better than expected. 

I also really appreciate you stopping by to check on us and say hello. That level of customer service no longer exists in the states and it was noticed by all in our group. 

I have already spoken with Tommy to thank him and he is going to send the trust pilot link for me to put a review in but if there is ever anything else I can do to assist your business please let me know. 

One thing I would mention as a potential upsell opportunity is the bus. After talking with Noel at the end of our trip we realized the next size up has a restroom and we would have probably opted to pay extra for that. We were very happy with the bus we had but in the future perhaps offer that as an optional upgrade.

Dear SWING

Everything from the golf to the accommodations to the coach went very well . The first several days were as spectacular as any I’ve ever encountered in Ireland. Of course they were followed by two of the worst days I’ve ever experienced. I want to thank you for the beers that night at the Lahinch Hotel. The guys all appreciated your generosity. I also wanted to pass along our appreciation for the extra effort shown by our Coach driver. Perhaps you can let the Coach company know of his excellent work.

Hi Tommy!

Just wanted to drop you a quick note about our trip. Four years late, but just extraordinary. Every part turned out to be perfect…even the weather.

The only disappointment was the initial Sunday cancellation at Old Head, but through your efforts, that turned into a real treat. Early teeing in the dark, nearly, but what a wonderful experience. Even the caddies were taking photos of the bright blue ocean that day.

As we commented to Brendan Keogh when he met us for an intro and chat in Killarney, you all went an extra mile for us and we greatly appreciated it. We will be happy to recommend your group to others.

By the way, our driver was more than terrific, too. He really increased our appreciation for things during the whole visit, becoming indispensable and a good friend. His collegiality, in fact, makes for a real positive to the natural grandeur of Irish golf and hotel/dining/touring. Throughout, we all really gained an appreciation for Ireland today and your history and culture (not to mention Guinness!).

Hi Tommy,
Thank you so much for your help with getting this trip together for us. We had a great trip. We only had rain a couple of times and only once, at Ardglass, was it really bad. We only played nine holes there but that was okay as we were jet lagged anyway.  The caddies at RCD and Royal Portrush we’re excellent for having to deal with four not so great golfers.  They told us we were only the third American group they’d had since the pandemic started.  Regarding accommodations, all were really great. We didn’t have any problems finding pubs/restaurants and had a lot of good meals. Anyway, we all enjoyed the trip greatly and thank you again for your help.
