Brendan,
As you know, we had all kinds of weather – a 5 club wind at Waterville, 18 holes of rain at Tralee + a beautiful day at Ballybunion . There really wasn’t a weak track on our Irish rota. We all probably would agree that Lahinch was the most difficult course, but still very fun to play . Everyone enjoyed Tralee despite the rain. Only four of us got to play the European Club, but we liked it a lot. One of the consistently dependable things you can count on when traveling through Ireland is that the Irish are unusually friendly. Where ever we went the hospitality was superb. Also, I think the schedule worked out really well. We never felt rushed. We always had time for cocktails + craic after our round. Frankly, I could not be more pleased with the way everything went. We all want to, and I am certain, will come back again. Thanks once again for all your expert assistance in pulling all of this together for us.
